Pirate view pool on Caribbean princess

We are booked on the CB in Feb and I noticed on deck 17 the sports deck there is a small pirate view pool area with a pool, hot tub and splash pool. Does anyone know if this is an adult area or is the splash pool for kids? We have only been on the Ruby once and I don't think I was ever on deck 17 so I know I never saw this area on Ruby. Thanks for your help.

This area is open to everyone. The Retreat Pool at the front of the ship (deck 16) and the Terrace pool at the aft of the ship (deck 14) are the only adult only pools.

It's also not much of a pool. I think it's 4 feet deep and maybe 10x12 feet. You won't be doing laps in it. One our August cruise, we never saw many people in it. But, then again, we favored going to the pool near the spa.

Hope it helps shed some light. Before I went on this ship I did not find many pictures of this area so I made sure to take some so that I could share when this question came up.
