Does anyone know if the bands were selling concert shirts before the concerts?

Just got off the Breeze yesterday and saw Lady Antebellum in Cozumel. They did NOT sell any of their shirts, but Carnival had a pile of "Carnival Live" t-shirts for sale in their gift shop.

Foreigner did not. I can't imagine CCL letting anybody sell anything on the ship!

For the Styx concert they were giving out white ones and selling blue ones. All they did were list the artists. Nothing ship or artist specific

I was at the LadyA concert for Ecstasy. Didn't see any you could buy. But I saw a few people that had them on, so I was hoping you could. But I guess not.

For all of you who have been on ships w the Carnival Live concerts, were you able to be off the ship until the usual 1 hr before sailing like usual?

I have asked this before but never gotten an answer from anyone who has been on a sailing and has first hand knowledge. Thank you in advance!

I'm not understanding the Carnival Concert cruises.

Do the concerts take place on the ship or at port?

On the ship in the theater. First 3/4 rows reserved for those with VIP ticket. The ship remains in port later, shops and casino are closed. On the imagination, they changed the sea day to the day after Catalina to make up for lost time but there was more time in port.

While in Cozumel with Lady Antebellum in concert aboard the Breeze, I noted people returning to the boat after 11pm. Sail away was scheduled for 1am. It would appear that those not attending the concerts are allowed additional time in port, but I can't say for sure if they were given the usual "return 1 hour prior to sail away".

For the REO Speedwagon concert on the Fascination, you could stay off the ship until an hour before sail away. However, apart from Atlantis, there did not appear to be anything open. The ship remained in port until 1:00 am.

There were some REO Speedwagon shirts and CD's available after the concert. Also, plenty of Carnival Live shirts with all the performers listed on the back.

Thank you all for the answers! We are going to be at St. Thomas for the Journey concert in March and there is a night snorkel we wanted to book (not through Carnival, a local company) and hopefully not find out the day of that we had to be back on board at like 5pm or something even though we aren't leaving port until midnight.
