Miami cruise port transportation

I will be sailing on MS Divina on Dec 13th. I have some transportation questions.

1. Staying at Collins and 39th street. Can anyone tell me how to get to the cruise terminal from our hotel.

2. We also thought about heading down to South Beach for brunch before heading to the cruise port. What would be the best way to get to the port from south beach?

3. When we disembark a week later we are going to head over to the museum park location just next to the Bayside Marketplace. It looks really close to the cruise port. What is the best way to get from the cruise port to the Bayside market area? Can we walk it?

Hope someone can help with these questions.

All three trips....cab. Cab from south beach area is around 20-25$, depending on traffic. (Less from your hotel)

Do not attempt walking from POM. Too much traffic. Cab under 10$ to bayside.
