Hyatt thru value trips

Has anyone used value trips to book the Hyatt on 10th Street with success? I sent a reservation and it said they would email me back within 2 days If accepted. I have not received an email after 3 days so does that mean it wasn't accepted and I need to try again?

I have sent a request for next July and received the confirmation after 3 days.

No, it does not mean that your request wasn't accepted. This happened to me and I sent a follow up email to value trips. Received a confirmation the same day.
