PBI is my home airport and Princess doesn't transfer to it. A taxi will run approx. $125, GO shuttle charges $45/pp and a limo will run about $110.

Do some online research. You can probably find a car service for about $75-80.

you can take a Tri-Rail train from FLL to PBI -

http://www.tri-rail.com/train-schedules/wend.asp is a link to the Tri-rail Schedule. I think the cost is $5.00 person - you would have to get to the FLL airport in order to catch this - but sure is reasonable. Their website is full of info.

Have you done this? With luggage?

Tri-Rail doesn't actually go to FLL, if you read the info on the

tri-rail page, they tell you to get off in dania beach (near

Bass Pro Shop), and take a bus to the airport. So, going

to FLL would be not a good start.

To do this on a public transportation -- you will have to drag your stuff

outside the port. Take a bus to the 'Downtown Transportation Center'

which is like Andrews and Broward. Take another bus -- either to

Dania Beach, or Ft. Lauderdale train station to catch tri-rail.

Wait for train. Take train to West palm. Take bus to PBI.

You can estimate the cab fare here:

http://yellowcabbroward.com/fare.aspx

Pia was right on, yellow cab says $117 = $129

I think it would be much better to find a car service.
