I ended up with Super Shuttle from Hobby to our hotel near the port...then return port to Hobby. In two weeks.

Uber from Hobby to the Port is around $35. But, it's a small car and can't carry all that much luggage or many passengers. Taxi's run about $80-85. Have a good time!

Super Shuttle is the cheapest. I made the mistake of taking the NCL transport to the port. Glad I didn't book the return. Jumped in a blue super shuttle van when we got off the ship. It was cheaper and much faster. The driver told me that you can reserve on-line ahead of time or there is a desk at Hobby where you can walk up and purchase.
