I thought about that when I saw this thread and wondered how often they had sailed with RCI previously and if there were any lifetime perks associated with being a Godmother to a former ship in the fleet?

I think Godmothers get a free cruise -- usually on their ship but Sovereign is gone -- each year.

No (for operational reasons), but they do change shifts fairly often.

Carter is a good dude, I shared a flight with him once and he shook hands and posed for pictures for about 20 minutes.

They never sit when on duty. It's actually a very challenging job. I have a few friends who were agents.
