Is deck 13 noisy?

We were next to this room on the Christmas sailing and didn't find it overly noisy. I is below the solarium and has access to the solarium through a fire door, which was really useful for us.

13300 is under the outer edges of the Windjammer. If it is anything like on the Liberty you should be fine for not hearing noise.
