taxi for 6 from Hilton (Miami Airport) on Blue Lagoon Dr to POM

We are staying at the Hilton Miami Airport location on Blue Lagoon Dr and was wondering if anyone knows the cost of a taxi for 6 with luggage to POM? Is there a taxi company that has a vehicle large enough to accommodate 6 adults with 6 pieces of luggage? We are wanting to arrive early due to our FTTF reservation with Carnival so we don't want to have to wait for the shuttle service that the hotel offers. Any help would be appreciated.

Take 2 taxis. There are van taxis but I doubt they will hold all six of you plus luggage so best to just take 2. The cost should be $25-30.

Agreed - expect the fare on the meter to be about $27-28+tip for each cab. The front desk can arrange for the cabs - let them know when you want to leave.

We are facing the same issue. We have a group of 10 and trying to decide if a cab or shuttle will work better. I worry about getting multiple cabs at the hotel to pick us all up at the same time. We are also in the Blue Lagoon hotel area!

Let the front desk know the night before or early in the morning what time you want to depart (10:00, 10:30, 11:00...) - ask them to arrange for the cabs. They will know who to call - and wanting to stay on the good side of the hotel the cab dispatcher should make sure it happens.
