Hello fellow cruise lovers! I hope everyone's staying bundled up and thinking warm Caribbean thoughts to get them thru the winter. Wifey and I are heading on this cruise in a few months before the dynamic dining transition:

 

What night is formal night?

 

Does anyone have the Rita fiesta menu?

 

We're more than 90 days out and it looks like I can make dining and shore excursions reservations but not entertainment reservations. Is that accurate?

Formal nights and menu names: Mojo, Saffron (Formal), Pimiento, Shiitake, Basil, Jasmine (Formal), Pomodoro.

 

There's no set time for reservations to open, and it's normal for some types to open before others.

Pardon my miscommunication about formal night. We're cruising before dynamic dining and I meant to ask if formal night was on Day 2, 3 or 4 for this 7 night cruise.

The 2 times I've done this cruise formal nghts where Tuesday and Friday.
