Has anyone used Tours By Locals for NYC? Trying to arrange a custom tour in NYC for my family group of 5 adults for September 2015 prior to our cruise on the Serenade. We plan on flying in 3 days early but just plan on one day for NYC. We are staying at the Country Inn & Suites in Elizabety, NJ.

 

All suggestions will be appreciated.
