Last week I posted over here about the Breakaway being in Nassau with the Quantum and Carnival Magic on our 11/23 Quantum sailing. Today I've got another great video for all of you. On December 6th while in Fort De France Martinique on the Quantum of the Seas we were with the Norwegian Pearl. She was on the other side of the fort so we didn't have a great view of her during the day, but we had a beautiful sunset view of her sailaway as she sailed around us and out to sea. As usual, hope everyone enjoys the photos and video.

I don't want to feel like I'm spamming everyone so I'm just going to post this here as well since it was the same sailing. We were in NYC on 12/1 with the Gem and were unfortunately delayed in departing which allowed us to have a great view of her leaving. She then arrived in San Juan, Puerto Rico on 12/4 just an hour ahead of us so we were traveling in tandem with her to the Caribbean. Not sure who sped up or slowed down but on day 2 we passed her and then she immediately took off into the distance. We could see the light in the distance again the next night but didn't really see her again until San Juan.

Not much of her since we left at the same time, but some shots of her in port:

It's not often two ships get to travel together for so long, but when it happens it's a neat experience. I wish they had stayed along side each other the whole time rather than just an hour.
