Shuttle suggestions for POM - Everglades park-FLL?

We would like to do an everglades tour after our cruise as we have several hours to kill. We don't have enough time to do the NCL tour as they only offer this for flights after 4:30 and ours is at 3:05pm from FLL.

 

We're looking for companies that will shuttle us from POM - the everglades park - FLL.

 

So far I've found Larry's limo ($300 for 4hrs) Any other ideas?

Rent a car one way Miami to FLL and drive to the park on your own. Got to be cheaper than $300! National, Alamo & Thrifty offer free shuttles from POM to their MIA airport location.

Thanks for the suggestion, we're a group of 10 though with luggage so we'd need at least 2 vehicles, probably larger SUVs or vans. It works out to be about $250 for the rentals then we'd have to lug kids from the port to the shuttle to the car place then drive in 2 vehicles and then return the cars at the other end. For the extra $50 we can have a limo driver pick us up and drop us door to door and know where they're going.
