For those desiring a pool, I'd stay on the ship...the pool will be virtually empty! So much cheaper than those prices!

 

Beaches are public, so there's no need to pay a hotel for a "pass".

I am in complete agreement with cb at sea. Our upcoming cruise we may not even bother getting off the ship when we can find peace and quiet at the pool on the ship. ;)
