Paradise vs Sanchos for sandy bottom?

My kids are a bit whimpy and are used to nice sandy beaches and sandy smoothness under their feet while in the water.

Last year we went to the RCCL private island and the weird things in the sand in the water (sort of jelly fish like but seemed like a plant???) really freaked them out.

We're trying to decide b/w Paradise and Sanchos. It may really come down to sandy floor. Can someone offer comments about either place? I've read that Paradise has a rocky floor.

All help is appreciated. Thanks.

Most of the popular beach clubs in Coz are lined up next to each other along the same side of the island, so the water/sand quality will be very similar. That said, there are a few rocky spots in the length of Paradise Beach - but they are easy to avoid. I don't recall any rocky spots at Mr. Sanchos - but the multiple margaritas may have clouded my memory. :o

If your kids are younger I would check out Playa Mia, with a nice beach and a kiddie water park.
