Casino discount rates

I'm sure this has been asked and answered, but I'm not having any luck finding the information. So please bare with me... I'm wondering about Casino rates.

 

Are these only available if they show on your VIFP account, under offers? I thought I remember being able to call in to ask what they could offer you, but I may be thinking of NCL.

 

Also, if you can call it, will they combine player accounts for a potential better offer?

My casino rates show under my VIFP account under the Deals page. You can also call a PVP as they will have access to those same deals. You can also write the casino@carnival.com and ask if you have any discount offers available. Calling them is discouraged by never letting you talk directly to the players club. They tend to answer emails within 24 hours.

 

Each player account stands on its own. Each of you may individually qualify for different offers but they won't combine them to get you something better.

Thanks. So if I don't have any showing under my account, is it safe to say I have none available? One of us has an offer but only through July or something like that. We're looking for the end of the year.
