I got an email with confirmation. I looked a few days later online to my reservation but did not see the credit. I did call and this time waited 5 min. to talk to a rep. We sail in three weeks...:confused:[/quote] Ask them to send you an updated invoice. The OBC should appear on there. The OBC will show up on your account on about your 2nd day of sailing. I am in the same boat (so to speak) and previously had received vouchers which I had to apply. I also called back but gave up...contact my TA who said to call them.
