I had enough points on my credit card for onboard credit. I called and was hold very long do I did it online. I got an email with confirmation. I looked a few days later online to my reservation but did not see the credit. I did call and this time waited 5 min. to talk to a rep. He said that the credit will be applied a few days before. I found this odd? Is this the way it works? We sail in three weeks...

Ask them to send you an updated invoice. The OBC should appear on there. The OBC will show up on your account on about your 2nd day of sailing. It doesn't show up on your reservation. Bring that confirmation with you just in case there are any issues

Is the credit now applied directly? I am in the same boat (so to speak) and previously had received vouchers which I had to apply. I also called back but gave up...contact my TA who said to call them. If the credit is applied directly, it would make it much easier.
