misspuss Posted February 2, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 2, 2015 Does anybody have a idea of how much a cab would cost from the pier in Boston to Quincy market? We have done a tour of Boston that only had a 45 min. stop at the market and would like to spend more time there. Thanks for any information! 138east Posted February 2, 2015 #2 Share Posted February 2, 2015 It shouldn't be more than $15. What day of the week and what time? You can tell them to drop you on Atlantic Avenue and walk across the street into the east end of the market instead of paying for the cab to go around to get you a little bit closer. Check the market hours - it doesn't really get going until late morning. We paid $16 to go from the pier all the way to the Constitution in Charlestown on a quiet Sunday morning. chengkp75 Posted February 2, 2015 #3 Share Posted February 2, 2015 Probably $12-15 including tip. There are sites like CabFareFinder that give estimated fares based on the distance, route, and rates in many cities around the US.
