Kingisacruiser Posted February 3, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 3, 2015 We will be sailing out of Baltimore in August, and honestly, I am afraid to leave my car at a hotel while I cruise. If we decide to drive our own car, can someone comment on how safe the Port of Baltimore parking is? Is it monitored 24/7? If we decide to rent a car, are there rental agencies near the port that will provide shuttle service to the port (Like in Miami-you return the car to Miami airport, you can get a free shuttle to the port). megr1125 Posted February 3, 2015 #2 Share Posted February 3, 2015 It is a safe, fenced lot and I believe it is onl accessible on ship days, so 2x per week once Pride returns...I have parked there a few times... As for rental cars? Nothing is near the port...you should check with enterprise maybe...some of the others may have locations or drop offs in the inner harbor area, which would be maybe a $15 cab ride to the pier... bmore cruiser Posted February 4, 2015 #3 Share Posted February 4, 2015 My wife and I have sailed out of Baltimore 5 times and have always parked at the port. It is a secured lot and is very convenient. I would recommend parking at the port Sent from my SM-G900P using Forums mobile app
