laurieb Posted August 31, 2005 #4 Share Posted August 31, 2005 any time in Tahiti is wonderful! We have gone twice in January and are planning our third- in January. so what if you get a little rain, that happens year-round in the tropics. enjoy your trip!! czarinahil Posted August 31, 2005 #5 Share Posted August 31, 2005 We went this past February and had to change our itinarary (Rangiroa instead of Rarotonga) to avoid a cyclone. Of the 12 days we were there had 4 days of sunshine but only 1 day of actual rain. I know the cruise after us had great weather. All that being said would I plan a return trip to Tahiti in February - YES!!! There were times we were actually glad it was cloudy because it was so hot - the sun would have baked us!! You can't wory about the weather because at any time of year you never know what Mother Nature has in store. Go and enjoy, it was the most amazing trip!
