Does anyone know if Princess knock the fax off when they aren't in the office? I was trying to fax them today at around 5am but it kept saying connection error. I checked the number and it is the right one so just wondering if they don't take faxes when they aren't in the office.

 

As I had booked the cruise when I was in Canada, Princess UK say they can't do anything with it the booking (like add in the benefit) so I was trying to fax Santa Clarita from the UK.

 

It was so much easier when they accepted emails.

It could be that the fax ran out of paper or jammed.

 

I just send mine snail mail. Never had a problem. Took 4 days for for my upcoming March cruise, from my mail box to credit posted to my account.

I'm sure that a large corporation like Princess doesn't have a "fax machine" sitting in some corner for this purpose but uses a fax server where the incoming faxes are stored as a file.

When they have computer problems, there can also be problems receiving a FAX.

 

Just need to wait until they fix whatever is wrong with their computer system.
