Countdown clocks

Sorry bit of a dull thread, but can any of you more technically advanced beings out there tell me how to convert my "Sailed" countdown clocks to "Previous" sailed text.

They do take up lots of room.

Just delete the countdown clock. Then enter a line of text giving the location , ship and date . You can use any order you want. I've now listed cruises by location and dates on one line.
