National car rental?

Does anyone know. We have a car booked for our stay in Miami prior to our cruise. I am picking it up at the airport, can I drop it off at the cruise terminal or close to?

National's airport location (actually off-airport) is the same place to return it. Last time I was there they had a shuttle to the airport and one to the pier.

There are no car rental agencies at the pier. Most like national are near the airport and provide shuttles. I believe that Hertz has a closer location in downtown Miami which provides a shuttle on certain days of the week.

Instead of asking us.....who can tell you how something was in the past, but things may have cahnged since then...call National and ask them the same questions. It does not matter what we think or remember.

As of 3/04 National did NOT do pier shuttle. The 800 reservation line said they did but when I checked by calling the location directly I was told no shuttle. Do check and re-check.

 

Thrifty, Alamo, Hertz and Avis did have shuttles. Also maybe Dollar.
