URGENT...DiCAPac Opening

I just received my new DiCAPac WP-One underwater camera bag, and can't figure out how to open it.

Especially embarrassing since we previously owned one.

 

I opened both Velcro closures and unrolled the bag. Is there supposed to be an opening at the top of the unrolled part?

The plastic seems to be completely sealed. I'm hoping I'm just missing something and that it's not defective.

 

We leave on vacation in 2 days, so hoping you can respond ASAP.

I thought it was like a super duty zip lock closure also, but been a while since I used mine

Do you see "ribs" along with the velcro that could be like a zip lock?

It feels like the Ziploc is near the top of the bag, but the top is like a sealed, stamped plastic

After taking it near a window and continuing to press on the sides at the top, a small opening finally appeared and I was able to open the Ziploc.
