Vicksburg

We just grabbed the last cabin for the March 14th sailing of the American Queen from New Orleans to Vicksburg. This will be our second time on her; the first was in 2012 from St Paul to St Louis. Recognizing that there are factors that will affect times, but generally when does the AQ arrive and leave Vicksburg?

 

Why I ask is that there is an active Friends of the Vicksburg Battlefield Group connected with the Park there and I hope I can schedule some time to meet with their executive director. I also am a board member and officer of a NPS Friends Group connected with a Civil War battlefield and would like to compare notes, etc.

I suggest that you call the Memphis office and ask what time the boat is expected to be in Vicksburg. And with that being said, all time will be N.C.P., Navigational Conditions Permitting.
