Logging in

I had a problem yesterday on one of my computers using Internet Explorer. I was getting an error every time the pop up window opened where you put in your info. Turns out I had to add a new security protocol in the Internet settings/Advanced screen. It was TLS. I'm not sure if something recently changed on Princess' website. No problem on the iPad though.

I can't log in. It keeps bring me back to log in screen.

Try clearing your cookies. That can resolve a multitude of weird issues such as this.
