This morning I discovered an e-mail from Celebrity inquiring about my recent Summit cruise. Has anyone else received this e-mail? I think it's great Celebrity is looking for more feedback from past cruisers.

Yes, I just received one today from Celebrity inquiring about my Eastern Caribbean cruise in April. It will be a good thing if they actually listen to our concerns and act on them.

We have had 11 cruises and never gotten an on line survey.

Make sure you answer them. After our last cruise we got the on-line survey, answered it, and received 2 Celebrity T-shirts as a thank you!

We also got the survey, from our recent Summit cruise. I think they do try to follow thru with any suggestions we might have. We have seen a few of those changes since our first cruise with Celebrity in 1995. We would like to see the Florida to Bermuda cruise retruned! [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif[/img] We also fill out the survey that they give you on board, so they might be using that list to ask more questions.
