Interior Connecting Rooms

Next year we are thinking of taking our 2 sons, age 4 and 7 on the Constellation for a 5 night cruise. I was on the constellation 12 years ago and had an interior room on a lower deck. Don't remember much about it.

Does anyone know if the constellation had connecting interior rooms ? We would then each be 2 to a cabin. We don't want the 4 of us to be crammed into one room. It looks like if they have connecting rooms that would be the cheaper option than getting a family veranda even if we pay the full interior fare for the kids.

Just look at the deck plans.

Connecting cabins are indicated by a short line across the middle of the dividing line between the two cabins.

For example, on the deck 7 deck plan below you can see connecting interior cabins up near the front of the ship.

7034+ 7036

7040+7042

7048+7052

7054+7058

The slanted line protruding out from each cabin indicates which way the door opens.
