David Owl Posted March 7, 2015 #26 Share Posted March 7, 2015 I understand that the Limelight club can only be booked 88 days from departure, so I have a while to wait. Are the performers known at the time of booking or do we just take what we are given.

When it becomes available 90 days prior to your cruise it will let you choose what night and tells you who the entertainers are for every night and the meal is at 7pm. PopsiB Posted March 7, 2015 #28 Share Posted March 7, 2015 Limelight became available at 88 days for us even though P&O site says 90 days. When going into book it gave a calendar with the acts and dates available table size is requested and its £22.00 per person. Ours came back showing 19.00 as time. David Owl Posted March 7, 2015 #29 Share Posted March 7, 2015 Thanks for the info. I know that a few names have been mentioned, but if anyone can keep us updated with some of the people that are due to appear I would be interested. However, it is often the less well known acts that perform the best.
crompton21 Posted March 8, 2015 #30 Share Posted March 8, 2015 Couple of extra points, which I think I have read correctly! Dress code is always smart casual irrespective of what the rest of the ship is doing (I assume that will please some and mortify others). Menu appears to be choice of 2 starters and 3 main courses, with 1 vegetarian option in the 3 main courses. If you are a fussy eater, then you may have to book on board when the menu for a specific night is known.

It will still cost you the entry fee though.
sotong Posted March 8, 2015 #32 Share Posted March 8, 2015 Ive been on board today and the Limelight Club looked like a lovely venue. I had a chat with the entertainment manager in duty in the room, who said that they serve the meal with music / entertainment between courses. At the end of the meal there would be music / a DJ with the bar being open. The bar / DJ may be open to those who haven't paid for the meal and entertainment. majortom10 Posted April 3, 2015 #36 Share Posted April 3, 2015 There are 4 menus that are used and are decided by P&O on the evening in question and you dont know in advance so you cannot choose between menus on the night.

As long as there are a couple of choices I'm sure I'd find something to suit.
