CAS..No discounts for suites ? New?

I booked a cruise with NCL on the Breakaway back in August 2014 for September 2014. I was also told by my CAS agent that the discount was only up to a mini suite. When I booked in February 2015 for March 2015, she told me the discount you receive is based on how much you have spent in the casino over the last 2 cruises you were on and again no discount above a mini suite. She also pointed out that there is no longer a single discounted rate offered by the CAS unless NCL offers a single rate on that particular cruise.

I didn't have that problem when I booked my June cruise months ago....but from what I'm hearing it sounds like things changed from then to now :(

Another benefit gone.....will there be anything left??? Even the drink card isn't much of a perk if they are giving everyone the UBP.
