TA onboard credit

We sail on Sunday on the Breakaway. I was reviewing my account on NCL site and noticed that under payments it shows $250 (the expected amount) under gifts and more. But when I go into print booked items, I only see a $100 and a $50 On-Board certificate.

We used the same TA last year and didnt see their OBC before on the NCL site before we left.

 

Is this normal? I have a call into my TA but havent heard back yet.

We are expecting $50 more than is currently showing on myncl for our upcoming cruise. I emailed and asked and my TA told me it is a different kind of OBC and will show up 2nd day.

 

We have never been missing OBC so I'm sure it will show up.

I called NCL Support as it seems like a website issue. They were able to send me an amenity confirmation that showed the NCL and TA On Board credit. I think the issue is that the $250 is 2 $100 and 1 $50 certificate. But the website only shows one of each.
