Probably better in a taxi on your own. You can get a quote from the driver before you get in. If you don't like the $ or the driver, go find another taxi. Taxi fares are regulated by the Government. No meters.

But I believe minimum fare is around US$10 for 1-3 passengers (add 1/3rd of that fare for each additional passenger. That could get you to the distillery. Maybe an additional $20 to the Turtle farm. Then $15-20 back to town. But that's just a guess.

 

You can contact private tour companies like Tours Cayman (good service) and see what they might charge. tourscayman dot net.
