I've got relatives cruising to Cairns on ROTS who want to do a early morning balloon flight. They're a bit worried about not being able to get off the ship whilst in port early enough to do this. The pickup is something like 4.30am. I've read ROTS's terms and conditions and the only place I can see any reference to any kind of curfew is involving teens on board - but they're still worried.

 

Can anyone confirm that they'll be OK?
