Opening times vary. Reservations are recommended, but not required.

They usually open at 5.30pm and the last time you can make a reservation for is at 10.00pm. If you are a little flexible regarding dinner time, then there is no need to make reservation in advance. If you would like to have your dinner at a set time, then you should make a reservation.

On my November Cruise on the Pearl, I believe they opened at 5:30, but not sure if the Teppanyaki was 5:30 or 6:00.

And if you don't have the udp be warned that ncl is now adding an 18% gratuity for your convenience
