Please note that only reservations made on Royalcaribbean.com with your My Cruise account can be modified online.

You can however complete your online check In and make advance reservations using our cruise planner

Really, Is this true even if you book directly with Royal over the phone.

Seems a little silly since I booked direct.

They are referring to changing cabins, class, etc. I always prefer making these types of changes on the phone with a person anyway. You can book excursions, make reservations, buy drink packages with the cruise planner.

We often book while on board with their sales agent, and have never had problems making changes, adding dining, excursions, etc. online. The only thing we can do when we book through the website that we can't do when booking face-to-face is change/cancel the actual booking.
