New to HA wish to make monthly payment

I would like to make payments on my cruise for next year but when I click on the make payment link it tells me I am not alowed access.Please can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong.I booked with a TA.Thank you for any help.

I have my TA take monthly payments. I'm not sure but I think since you used one they will need to do it.

If you book with a TA, all your payments will have to be made through them. You can only use the HAL site if you book directly with them, either on line or over the phone.

Since you booked with a TA all transactions must go through them --- only direct booking with HAL can make payments on-line. However, you can purchase OBCs and pre-purchase things like excursions and specialty restaurant dinners to reduce your final bill.

Have you considered making your monthly payments to your own account, thereby earning the huge interest common to savings accounts today (sarcasm here). Then, at final payment, send the money to your TA.

 

This may make it easier to take advantage of any price drops that MAY occur between now and final payment. We booked the cruise we took last autumn a long time ahead, and our TA was able to lower our price significantly twice while keeping our selected room. This doesn't always happen, but it can, depending on how the cruise is selling.

If you make credit card payments through your TA make sure that the payments go to HAL and not to the travel agency. Our TA does not mind making the payments using our credit card # directly to HAL. Some TA's refuse to do this.
