jamscckmc Posted April 9, 2015 #1 Share Posted April 9, 2015 We had cabana 15 last year. It was nice and quiet down there until around noon when a large group of crew parked next to our cabana turned on really loud music, were yelling to each other frequently using the F word and smoking. Several were smoking in the water and dumping their ashes in the beautiful water. They were just really loud and obnoxious. I think the crew should get their free time and have some fun but I think they should be curtious of others too. I will be at HMC again next month and am getting a cabana again. I'm wondering if they make the crew stay passed the cabanas and the majority of the passengers. Has anyone who has had the last few cabanas experienced any of this? I was almost thinking being next to the pirate ship would have been more relaxing!
CruiserBruce Posted April 9, 2015 #2 Share Posted April 9, 2015 We had 12 or 15 crew in front of cabana 10 our last visit. There were partying, but not an issue. They want their time off, away from pax. There are beach supervisors...you can have talked to one of them. I am sure the problem would have been addressed. jamscckmc Posted April 9, 2015 Author #3 Share Posted April 9, 2015 Thanks. I was wondering if they are told to stay past the most crowded passenger areas but they probably prefer it. It was the yelling the F word around children and smoking all around us in the water dropping their ashes that I was not happy with. I think they deserve there time off but should be considerate of others as we try and be.
