Cape Liberty: park at pier or precruise, park at area hotel?

We are sailing on the Anthem in April 2015. We live in Southern DE and are trying to decide if we should come up to NJ for a night precruise in an area hotel where we would leave our car and take transportation to the terminal. Or should we leave early cruise day, and plan on parking at the pier? We have always done a precruise overnight, leaving our car parked at our hotel, when cruising out of Baltimore. It was so easy. Cape libery does not sound as easy. Help!!

At this point parking would be $190. It's too soon for all the park/sleeps to be available for next year.

Meanwhile you can price out hotel cruise packages at Country Inns, and the Hampton Inn and the Hilton Garden on Staten Island.

Your best deal will probably be with Trinityreservations.com for the Ramada including 21 days parking and round trip port transportation. That package is currently running $197 to $208 tax included for up to 4 people and is not yet arranged for next April.
