Need an Education

With Carnival putting two new ships in PC in 2016, I need help. We've only sailed on the Fantasy class ships, and I know absolutely nothing about either Victory or Valor. Any insight into the good, bad, or otherwise on either ship would be greatly appreciated since we're looking at doing cruises on both ships next year (Valor in the summer and Victory in the fall).

I've been on both and love the layout on them. Valor is one of our favorite ships because of the patriotic theme.
