Yes, on Navigator I believe it's a flat fee of $25 for dinner. Lunch is either $15 or $20.

We had margaritas and guacamole at Sabor one afternoon. I had the drink package and margaritas were included, so our bill was $4 for the guacamole :) Which by the way is amazing!

Keeping in mind that on some ships Sabor is a la carte, so there is a specific price for the guac and chips and some it is all inclusive.

 

I would be interested to know. It would be a big step up from the room service spinach and artichoke dip or whatever it is.

as a general rule there are no to go options anywhere outside of room service. so it would be entirely up to the staff whether or not they would prepare you an order and let you take it out of the restaurant.
