we3k9 Posted April 16, 2015 #1 Share Posted April 16, 2015 Are there any restrictions for heart patients who would like to use the Enclave? My Mother's sister has a pacemaker and my Mother has had bi pass surgery so both women have a heart issues. On past cruises they have used the thalossotherapy pools and jacuzzi on pool deck. Is the Enclave pool very hot and what temperature do they keep it at?
cb at sea Posted April 16, 2015 #2 Share Posted April 16, 2015 Their doctor is the one to decide this! There is nothing that should affect a pacemaker, but too hot of water isn't good...for anyone! Have them ask their doctors, then they can decide!
we3k9 Posted April 16, 2015 Author #3 Share Posted April 16, 2015 Well I'm sure the doctor will ask them how hot the water is? That is what I am trying to find out here.
Loonbeam Posted April 17, 2015 #4 Share Posted April 17, 2015 It can vary but assume the temp of a standard hotel hot tub for safety (it will probably be cooler but better to err on the side of caution). Room temp probably in the mid 80s with high humidity.
