Best beach near St. George

With so many beaches nearby, which ones are the best near St. George?

There really aren't that many close to St. George. Tobacco Bay is the most popular but there is not much of a beach and it's best for snorkeling, not a "spend the day lounging on the beach". It has a snack bar, beach rentals and bathrooms. St. Catherine's is very nice BUT, there are no facilities. Clearwater Beach is another possibility but it's not right on a bus route so you have a bit of a walk to the beach itself. It does have facilities.

Our kids have always loved spending the day at Tobacco Bay, it is very nice and if you have not gone its a must go
