Information on New Wifi Plans, O3b Rollout - Anything in print or released by RCI?

With the rollout of the new O3b satellite coverage for the RCI Caribbean runs and Asia after Quantum arrives in China it would be nice to know: the roll out by ship dates; and, what the new packages are including costs and C&A discounts.

I believe Freedom has it since drydock as we experienced better coverage and a different plan last week. For $29.99 (D+ coupon accepted) we got a total of 4 24 hour periods for DW and I. There was a $10 Plan but did not find out about it as we did not need more than they gave us.
