A good, not too strenuous rainforest tour

Dominica is in the middle of 5 ports we will visit, and I was thinking that it might be a nice break from sun and sand to get in and see the rainforest. We are not big adventurers, but would love something that doesn't include a crazy amount of walking; like not more than 30-45 minutes at a time, and not more than ~90 min. total, but still has some walking. Also, one that has no real swimming swimming (as I see many tours that combine snorkeling and gorge/pool swimming), although some wading would be OK. Can anyone reccomend a good tour that focuses on the rainforest that would fit us?

You are correct. Dominica is lush.

Most of the island is thickly vegetated and scenic, so you should be able to find something to your liking.
