Cooking classes on Coral Princess?

Hi...just got off the Coral Princess (Panama Canal-partial transit)..there were some food demonstrations but nothing major. They had an ice carving deomonstration..and the tour through the galley is sterile. You do not see the chefs at work..you see the facility but nothing more when we went through. They may do different things for other destinations but the cruise we were on
really had nothing that would appeal to an avid cook.

Last year on the Coral Princess in Alaska - the chefs did one cooking presentation where they prepared a few items on the menu - they passed out the recipes. After the cooking demonstration, there was a tour of the galley.

Not an avid chef so I don't know how much you would like it.

Yes, they have two cooking shows on a 10 day cruise that are fun to watch. They have a whole stage setup in the Universe Lounge and they put on a cooking demo similar to something you'd see on the Food Network.
