Valor - OV Cabins Larger Than Balcony Cabins?

I was informed by my TA that Ocean View cabins are larger than the Balcony cabins. Is this true?

 

She said:

Balcony cabins are 185 square feet with a 35 square foot balcony.

OV cabins are 220 Square feet.

 

Same total size, just that the OV does not have a balcony.

Yes. This is exactly true. Same size. With or without balcony. We like the room of the OV rooms.

Also check 2470 or 2473 They are 350 + sq ft with 2 windows main deck aft. they are the same price.

Also 2474 and 2477 are big but only have 1 window.
