sarahruby Posted May 18, 2015 #1 Share Posted May 18, 2015 My 1st cruise is coming up. I've read that people know if they are tendering or docking. Where is this information found? I've looked at my documents and tried doing a search on here... any help?

davenglish Posted May 19, 2015 #5 Share Posted May 19, 2015 You can get your dock location here: http://claalaska.com/?page_id=318 I don't know for sure what all dock codes mean at each location, but I believe that for Ketchikan if you have a number, you are at that dock and if you don't you tender. Northern Aurora Posted May 19, 2015 #7 Share Posted May 19, 2015 Passengers on cruise lines other than Princess also have this question, and generally your itinerary on the booking documents will tell you if the port is a tender port or not. I agree- HAL is a good example. However Princess doesn't. That is why I clarified with the OP as to what ship they are on.
