There are many hotels that provide shuttle service, not all of them are free. In fact, the paid shuttle services are higher than a taxi for two people.

A lot of the hotels provide shuttle service but many charge around $8 per person. Usually stay at Embassy Suites on 17th Street - cheaper to get a cab from 17th Street area hotels than pay for shuttle, unless you are a single cruiser.

Is there a reason you need a shuttle? A large group?

 

The city area is not large. Cabs from the airport to the pier area run only around $15. If you stay near the airport there is little to do . If you have lots of day, stay in town near everything you need and things to see. Lots of choices in different price ranges.
