Anyone else who have "lost" their cruise history on MyNCL?

I just logged in to my NCL-account earlier today, to check something regarding Latitude - and there, under "Cruise History" it states as follows:

"You do not have any cruise history."

Above that line it does however state my Platinum status and correct number of Latitude points. Probably just a temporary glitch in the system, but I must admit that I got a little startled before I saw that at least my Latitude points and status is correct. My NCL-account have until now always been accurate regarding my cruising history, and been updated within a day or two of a completed cruise.

Just wondering if this is a general glitch in the system or if it is only me.....? I am not too worried, since my Latitude status and points are correct, but I don't like that my cruise history with NCL suddenly seems to have disappeared. :eek:

Mine says the exact same thing. I have the correct number of points, though. So, I assume it's a temporary issue. Probably updating information.

It's not just you.

It's me, too.

And it's these people, too:

Thank you for your replies, I am guessing it is a general glitch then, and no point in contacting NCL. It will probably get fixed very soon. :)

I logged in yesterday, and noticed the same thing on both mine and my husband's accounts. No history, points and Platinum status correct

:confused::confused:

Mine is gone also. It did update a few days after my cruise ended on May 7 and my points and status are there and accurate.

I generally screen shot right after it updates and forgot to this time, but that's ok, I have all my stuff from my January update if they decide to not fix and tell me I have to prove something

The system is being upgraded for your convenience. There will be a one-time fee to see your cruise history.

This must be the new way to get money for NCL. :D

Mine too, at least the points and status are right. How do you have points but no cruise history? :confused:
