TrumpyNor Posted May 25, 2015 #1 Share Posted May 25, 2015 I just logged in to my NCL-account earlier today, to check something regarding Latitude - and there, under "Cruise History" it states as follows: "You do not have any cruise history." Above that line it does however state my Platinum status and correct number of Latitude points. Probably just a temporary glitch in the system, but I must admit that I got a little startled before I saw that at least my Latitude points and status is correct. My NCL-account have until now always been accurate regarding my cruising history, and been updated within a day or two of a completed cruise. Just wondering if this is a general glitch in the system or if it is only me.....? I am not too worried, since my Latitude status and points are correct, but I don't like that my cruise history with NCL suddenly seems to have disappeared.
Swells1 Posted May 25, 2015 #2 Share Posted May 25, 2015 Mine says the exact same thing. I have the correct number of points, though. So, I assume it's a temporary issue. Probably updating information.

It will probably get fixed very soon. :)

triptolemus Posted May 25, 2015 #6 Share Posted May 25, 2015 The system is being upgraded for your convenience. There will be a one-time fee to see your cruise history.

Ilovesailing Posted May 25, 2015 #10 Share Posted May 25, 2015 Maybe NCL is going the same way as Air Canada/Aeroplan. If your acct has no activity in a year you lose all your points

mypleasure Posted May 25, 2015 #12 Share Posted May 25, 2015 Mine is missing too. They really need to give their web developers the boot and employ some who know what they are doing.
djmess Posted May 25, 2015 #13 Share Posted May 25, 2015 Mine is gone also. It did update a few days after my cruise ended on May 7 and my points and status are there and accurate. I generally screen shot right after it updates and forgot to this time, but that's ok, I have all my stuff from my January update if they decide to not fix and tell me I have to prove something

This must be the new way to get money for NCL. :D Mine too, at least the points and status are right. How do you have points but no cruise history?

Missilecop3 Posted June 11, 2015 #17 Share Posted June 11, 2015 I checked mine a while back and they had no history or points on mine. I sent in my cruise dates. They said I had two lattitude numbers and combined them in to one.
luv2swimwdolphins Posted June 12, 2015 #18 Share Posted June 12, 2015 Happened to me too. In a few days it was corrected. I didn't inquire since I suspected it was website "housekeeping " issue.
Rare Turtles06 Posted June 12, 2015 #19 Share Posted June 12, 2015 Mine is now back too. Given how many posts there were about this, it was clearly a web site glitch, so I wasn't worried about it.
