Day trip after leaving ship

Has anyone any experience of taking a day trip in San Juan on departing the ship which holds your luggage and takes you to the airport later in the afternoon.

 

We have a flight at 6 pm and do not want to spend all day sat at the airport.

Ship excursions on debarkation do keep your luggage until the end of your tour. In most cases they drop you off at the airport.

Took the ships tour to El Yunque Rain Forest. Our luggage was on the minibus. This was a lovely tour and got us to the airport in plenty of time.

I've taken excursions to El Yunque and a city tour that took in one of the forts. I preferred El Yunque, but I think anything is better than being stuck in an airport all day.

I agree i did a tour arriving into San Juan form the airport and departing. Saved me money on taxi, transfers and time. It gave me more time to relax,which worked for me.
